Welcome to my personal blog where I write about finding the spiritual in the everyday.

In spite of my best attempts, I do not have it all together. Although I admire the Proverb 31 woman, I am not her (if her price is above rubies, mine might be somewhere around a nice piece of swarovski crystal.) I am a rebuilding my life post-divorce, building my coaching practice, and raising two of the most awesome kids on the planet. I get lots of help from my terrific boyfriend, wonderful parents, and a network of the most awesome girlfriends. I also stay calm by working my faith, reading widely, and praying a lot.

I truly believe community is everything. And for others walking this path, I thought that sharing my experiences might make the path a little less lonely.
